LUALABA PROVINCE, DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF CONGO — April 2, 2026 — Chemaf SA (“Chemaf”) representatives, led by Andrew Powch, CFO of Virtus Minerals and a member of the Chemaf Board, met with Her Excellency Governor Fifi Masuka Saini of Lualaba Province to discuss Chemaf’s activities in the province following the recent transition to new strategic shareholders, including continued development at the Mutoshi mining site.
The meeting marked an important step in Chemaf’s ongoing engagement with Lualaba Province leadership and laid the foundation for collaboration focused on responsible development, operational excellence, and long-term value creation for the province and its communities.
