- The Chemaf processing plant is located at Usoke Avenue, about 10km from the Etoile mine. It currently has capacity to produce up to 16,000 tons per annum of LME Grade 'A' copper cathodes through solvent-extraction and electro-winning (SX-EW) technology.

- Cobalt is currently produced in the form of carbonate, through leach filtration and precipitation. We have made significant progress in technology to produce pure cobalt cathodes using solvent extraction and electro winning technology. We will commission an SX/EW cobalt plant by the end of 2009 to produce 6,000 tons per annum of cobalt cathodes, 99.9% purity.

- In 2009, we intend to restore the railway between the Usoke Plant and Etoile mine in order to reduce production costs. Conceptual engineering for this project is in late stages of design.
